Two joint ventures established in India

Two joint ventures have been established with our technical licensed Indian partner - Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs Pvt. Ltd. in India, one is MSM Spring India Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing recoil springs used for construction machines; the other one is Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Auto Suspension Systems Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing coil springs and stabilizer bars used for automobiles. These two joint ventures will meet the needs of overseas production expansion and local procurement of parts for our main customers - automobile and construction machine manufacturers.
