MSM Philippines Mfg. Inc. Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary

On December 19, 2025, our subsidiary MSM Philippines Mfg. Inc. (hereafter “MSM Philippines”) held a ceremony at the Radisson Blu Hotel in downtown Cebu City, Philippines, to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Chairman Sato, President Yamaguchi, and Executive Managing Director Yamao traveled from Japan to attend, joining a total of 225 participants, including local employees. As they reflected on the company’s three-decade journey, attendees renewed their commitment to the future.

The ceremony opened with the national anthems of the Philippines and Japan. President Yamaguchi then took the podium and said:“Looking back on our 30-year history, we have surmounted every challenge through the tireless efforts of our employees, driven innovation in our business, and achieved significant increases in both sales and profit, thereby solidifying our foundation. As we look to the future, let us continue to break free from conventional limits, uphold an unwavering spirit of challenge, and strive for even greater growth and development.”He concluded by expressing his heartfelt gratitude to everyone in attendance.

Next, President Osaki of MSM Philippines took the stage. Looking back on the earthquakes, typhoons, and floods he faced immediately after assuming his post, he declared with conviction:“Watching our employees support one another and keep moving forward, I became certain that with this strength and solidarity we can overcome any challenge.”He concluded by vowing to confront new challenges with renewed determination.

Chairman Sato then took the microphone and, speaking in Tagalog—the common local language—expressed gratitude for the company’s 30-year history and called out “Tagay!” (Cheers!) to usher in the banquet, sending local employees into high spirits.

Afterward, a retrospective video covering the company’s 30-year journey was shown, and employees celebrating 30 years of service were honored. Karaoke entertainment sparked lively excitement, culminating in everyone singing “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang together. With the slogan “Challenges for the Future,” participants posed for a commemorative photo, marking the beginning of their next chapter of challenges.
