Developed and Commercialized High Strength Spring Steel

In June 2018, we succeeded in developing the "High Strength Spring Steel, ZDS13" which contributes automotive lightening and improvement of fuel efficiency.

The High Strength Spring Steel we have developed this time achieved both high strength and corrosive environment charasteristics at the same time, which enabled to apply to products over 1300 MPa class. Reducing the wire diameter and coiling numbers achieved reduction of spring weight. Moreover, reducing additive rate of high-priced composition metals achieved competitive advantage compared to other companies from the aspect of cost.

We have already approved by our customers and received patents on this High Strength Spring Steel. We will try to expand our sales internationally in the future.
