Spring business to move into Europe

In April 2018, we completed the acquisition process of the German spring maker Gebrüder Ahle Gumbo &Co. KG（Hale）, a part of our move toward carrying out the spring business as a global supplier.

Creating synergy with our existing bases in Japan, North America and China under the name of MSG Hale Gumbo in the future, we will further expand sales on a global scale.
