In January 2018, we acquired additional shares of PT. JATIM TAMAN STEEL MFG., a special steel electric furnace manufacturer in Indonesia, and made it a consolidated subsidiary.This will further accelerate the improvement of the quality and cost competitiveness of leaf spring material and special round steel bars, and enable us to respond promptly to local procurement needs from customers such as manufacturers of automobiles and construction machinery in the ASEAN region .
