In April 2016, MSSC MFG MEXICANA, S.A .DE C.V. , our Mexican subsidiary which manufactures and sales suspension springs for automobiles, has been established to expand our coil spring business in the United States of Mexico, where the automobile industry is expected to see a growth. Utilizing the experience of business management in the United States and Canada, we will conduct rapid plant construction and facility installation, and respond to needs of local sourcing.
