October 1994 | Bangkok Magnet Corporation established in Thailand for manufacturing and sales of casting magnets, by acquiring the share of Bangkok Spring Industrial in Thailand. (Company name changed to MSM(Thailand) Co., Ltd. in October 2000.) | |
